About Laura
I first moved to Sonoma County in 2009 to teach astronomy at SRJC, where I still work full-time to this day. I was elected to the Cotati City Council in 2020, and I’m currently finishing a 1-year term as Mayor. I would be honored to have the opportunity put all that I’ve learned to good use in a second term.
On the Issues
I will continue to be a tireless advocate for housing affordability, equitable communities, climate action, and inclusive, responsible city governance.
